The roughly 150-page annual master catalog, which features over 3,500 SKUs, was the largest and most important recurring project during my time at Fox Outdoor Products. As lead designer and project manager, I was not only in charge of the entire visual direction and the organization of products, but also managed and monitored the product and purchasing teams to guarantee internal milestones were met for new and discontinued products, along with updates to existing products. These catalogs would be physically mailed and additionally handed out to our wholesalers and consumers during numerous tradeshows. An interactive webpage and PDF file was also created to supplement the physical catalog in a digital form.
